Rarely, the will the test say you are not pregnant when you are. If you still miss your next period, do another test or visit the doctor. The doctor will do a urine and blood test to check if you are pregnant.
At the end of the day, different women have different signs and symptoms of pregnancy. You should make sure you either visit the doctor to confirm the signs or take a pregnancy test, so that if you are having a baby, all goes well and you have a healthy and safe pregnancy.
